To set up a limited liability company (LLC) in the United States from Canada, you first need to understand the application process and the kind of information you’ll have to give. The tutorial available on Simplellcguide.com takes you through the steps involved in forming an LLC using Registered Agents, starting with entering your company’s name and selecting a state, then looking at the services offered, setting up your account, and making your payment. It also explains the key filing details you must complete after having made the payment and how to keep an eye on your application. The screenshots given use a New Mexico LLC as an example, including sample details for the company and its members. Carry out each step with your own correct information and check the fees and choices shown before proceeding.
